The building, due for completion in 2015, is designed to contemporary energy efficiency standards and includes a carpark in parts of the Ground Floor. SGA have been involved from early concept design to allow exceeded smoke compartment sizes and bespoke fire resistance levels to the building structure. Further aspects resolved by performance-based fire engineering solutions include the protection of external egress routes and rationalisation of smoke management systems.
